Maybe that's what happened. Maybe. Or you stopped eating it for a while because again, we used to go there like faithfully. And then your body said, Where's my noodles and companies? Correct. They got mad at you and it said, you know what? I'm just gonna do this because you ain't gonna have no other noodles but.

Oh I know. That shit was crazy. But okay, okay. I just, you know, I just I just wanted, um, wanted to know. But today we're talking about actually another kind of pasta.

Creepy. With backrooms coming out, we just figured, you know. So, real quick, what did you think of back rooms?

Oh god. Um what did you think? So I uh I thought it was good. I liked it. Um just for the I mean I watch people, well not people, but like I watch the um streamers, I watch a lot of streamers play it on um like TikTok and all that stuff or like Twitch and crap. So I watched them play it all the time, and I went in there kind of knowing what it was. And then watching it, it was so different. Not super different, but like so different. And I feel like people who who stream it, who know like who play like the backgrounds and stuff like that, I feel like they would be a little bit upset and they probably won't like it because they don't get the actual horror part of it or like know the back story of it all. They only know the game version. So they probably wouldn't like it or be they they would be more disappointed in it. But they did have some elements that like the game did have. Like they they showed like brief moments of the different rooms, like the the pool area and like the um some of the slide and stuff.

But other than that, it was just basically like a backroom X. And I liked it because it was like more of a psychologic type of deal. And it made you think and it gave you anxiety and stress for the characters, and I felt like I was in that anxiety and stress the whole time. Cause I start thinking, like, what if I got lost back here?

You know, Carl, all of these people went back there in their own will. Carl did not want to be in life anymore. Carl's definitely not one of them. Carl said Carl Carl said, okay, finally, finally. And it's because I didn't even realize it was a game at first. I've remembered, but I just find it off of the Reddit and the cryptographics and stuff.

That's how I discovered it. I think they did it more off of that.

They yeah, and that's why I said they're that's why I said gamers would be a bit more disappointed than people like us who who watch it because we know uh yeah.

No, well, because the back rooms they it's not specific. It's not a it's it's gonna be anything that you basically manifest it with. Because the therapist got a different manifestation, Carl got a different manifestation, you know, even I don't think the chip and Kate was her name.

Like I think I think I think the backrooms, the way they portrayed it was your mind. Like everything in your head, like your past and everything are creating these rooms and this pathway.

And when Carl came in, it was all furniture.

And then the therapist came in. I think that I think it was still like a furniture or whatever, but like we saw she was in her her childhood.

So sorry about it. Um but when they were in his house and they were doing all the things, but then when she got out, she went through the door and she ended up outside. And I think when she ended up outside seeing all those houses, yeah, it was her neighborhood.

Because you remember when um like at the beginning it was her, her mama doing the fingerprint thing, blah blah blah blah. And I feel like that was kind of part of like the whole hers starting, and then we're going into her thing.

Um I think the one thing I didn't the one thing I didn't like, and you know, I I talked about this before, we talked about this all the time, is I hate seeing the creature.

And I granted it's probably it's one of the entities because back rooms literally have all types of I didn't know if they were gonna lean into more of the entities, like Mimics, they have them down there. They have a supposedly a vending machine that is a flesh cannibal vending machine. Right. So body parts. Um, but I didn't know how far they would go into some of the rooms.

Right. So And and I like the fact that they kept the entity secret too, because even when she when she came through and she was looking for him, yeah, and he finally, you know, appeared again.

And then out of nowhere, she said. I said my thing is, can you still think then?

Like, cause the one getting ate getting stomach like her his stomach cut up. I guess he don't feel pain. But she clearly felt or felt something.

And I think that's part of his conscience. That's why I think that the movie played off of your conscience and your like memories and stuff like that, and everything's in your your head for a back room because I think it takes all your memories that are traumatizing and puts them into this back room. Yeah, because I was supposed to be merry. Yeah, you had to navigate the mazes and all that stuff, and navigate you know which path you're gonna take, which doors you're gonna take, and then there's all kinds of like drama, trauma connected to it and stuff like that, and I think that's what it basically played off of. The man and the little lamp man.

And then the Christmas area, so I don't know what this has to do with anything.

Well, that's what so um they also a theory, so there's a couple theories that I've heard. First off, Mary's mama went to the back rooms herself. Okay, which is why she was so scared for her to be outside. And because she was in the I can understand that. I can see that because the way she did what she So it's like, do you still think you're in the back rooms? Because she did later go into a mental hospital. Sometimes we got to. Um and then another theory is he um Carl actually killed his wife that night instead of I can see that too. Because the the scene of him coming back to the house, we didn't really see anybody, we just saw the lights out. So I don't know. And maybe that's you know, that might be why he felt so guilty. And every time they did like that role play exercise, he got so mad.

Like, I understand that Carl was depressed and everything. I completely understand that. Carl found out that what got me so weak is Carl went back and forth to that back room so much because he brought so much stuff out of there, which I first I was like, okay, maybe he's doing it for proof.

But then when he went there and he said, I actually won't stay here, what was the point?

That's what I'm saying. You he wanted to control, like, he didn't feel like he had really any purpose in life. So, you know, he was able to control the situation and everything in there.

Like, he found out he can like he he knew that that scalps girl was his wife, or whatever, and then he he knew that some of them can just sit there. How he found out that you can eat them, I don't know.

Correct. Carl Carl got, you know, I think Carl done ate Kate and and his and her boyfriend. I because Carl was crazy at the end.

And it was also a theory that was really, was it really Carl that called the therapist? Or was it just the back rooms like a mimic trying to lure the therapist in there? I don't know.

Because when Kate, if that's her name, I'm just gonna call her Kate because that's what I remember. If Kate threw the wall, you know, that scene that like she he was in the pools and she was like, Oh, it's behind you, it's behind you, and then the camera picked up. And then, if I'm not mistaken, we went back to the therapist. I don't know who picked up the camera.

Because it could have been so many things. It could have been it could have been his Slinky doppelganger person who picked up the camera, it could have been the little wife who picked up the camera.

That's what I'm saying. And at that point, we still have so many. I like I think a lot of people confused uh the backrooms with what is it's called dream core. It's more definitely it makes a little more sense logistically, and it's just a lot more like positive and uniform. That's not what the backrooms is.

So we have no idea who picked it up. There's so many entities in the back rooms, and they just scratch the surface because you can't do a seven-hour movie of all the bleach.

So when we went to go see the rave, they have a caveman at the top of the Yeah, I would have punched it. But I didn't even know what it was before I said I was a caveman. And then after we watched it, I said, Oh, might as well do a marketing.

Like, I would have punched it so hard. He was just but then when she went to the little um facility with like the scientists and crap, they had a whole room of them.

They did. The scientists and it a lot of the theory, another theory too. I love when these movies come out because so many people start to do fan theories because it is so like it's not a who-dun it slasher shit. Um, and you know me and you love to speculate.

That's what And the scientists all went in together. Like the the the um people at the beginning with the little bodysuits. I got those were probably the scientists, right?

Those fan those suits have been every game, everything like that, those suits have already been.

And I feel like there's no way real really out because of um the um the back room can be endless, like I said. Right. What if they all went in together? Right. And they all couldn't find a thing, but they found another area of backrooms that was just empty. That's yeah. And they could they could have built upon that and made a whole new living situation for them.

You know, because who I mean that the the family scene that we saw, honestly, we don't know if that's in Phil's head. We don't know if that is maybe like a simulation that he does when they're in there. Because when they were talking to Mary, when he was when she is like, hey, can I leave? or she said something, and like Phil just looked out. So it's like, okay, were you looking just in the back rooms? Were you looking outside? Or were you just looking like shit? We we're in here too, we can't leave.

Cause you know the houses that we saw, right? What if they lived in those houses?

Like, what if they all lived in those houses? They're all just neighbors or whatever, and they just built a facility in that back room where they drug her, and they They just made a whole new living situation for themselves.

So they're it's supposed to be, and how they explained it, it's like um, you know, it's it's normal, but it's not normal.

Or Mary's in there, right? And she has that work face, and they just either tested so much on her or whatnot, and she just got to that point, or that person who was sitting there, Mary, who's sitting at the end, maybe we were in that one's mind. Maybe she's just a a cabbage, a cabbage.

It was the hall, like there were so many different hallways that you could go, and you cannot tell, and like downstairs exactly. I feel like if we would have kept walking, that was the motherfucking backward.

Well, if you go, if you went to our kitchen, that door right here, um, like if you go to the kitchen and you walk straight, there's that door. So that door you can use it could either go outside, yeah, like go down and go outside on the door right there to the backyard, or you can just go all the way down to the basement. Okay. Somehow, we were at the house. And I was going down to the basement for something. I don't know what was in the basement that I was going down for, who knows. So anyway, I just was seeing people. Like just seeing random people. And there's this one person down in the basement or whatever, and I don't I don't know who it was. Don't know who it was. Never seen this person in my life. And they just didn't speak, said nothing. Or whatever. So then I was like, okay, and then I was doing something else in the basement, but then I was going up the steps. Yeah. Right? And all these other people were coming down. Don't know any of them. And I was trying to I was trying to talk to people, like, where are y'all going? Like, who are y'all? Yeah. But nobody would answer me.

Nobody would answer me. So then, like, I was going up the steps, but then like somehow I it turned me back around to go down the steps. I said, Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa. Why am I turning back around? I was going up, why am I going back down? And just people just kept passing me, or whatever. And I do remember one particular person just looking at me, but said nothing. And it was just going down, but they were talking to each other. Yeah. And it's going down, and then eventually I got up, but like, I don't know who they were, I don't know what they're where they were going.

I don't know if they were just spirits in my head, or so you're never so uh a um theme or a myth or whatever or a presumption about dreams is you do like your your brain can't just make up new people. So you have seen these people sometime in your life, or you've seen them in another life, or you've seen them in the dream world. Right, these are people that you have seen, so they might they probably recognize you, you just don't recognize them. So that's also creepy. There's a whole sub thing on dreams for creepy pasta. Like, that's why I fell in love with creepypasta, because it's there's just subgenres right of it depending on what you're experiencing.
